New Home Inspection PDI: (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
Pre-Delivery Inspection should be schedules just before your final walk through with builder. It is identify any items that are damaged, missing, incomplete or not operating property before you taking possession of the new house.
Warranty Inspection: (Tarion 30 Days and 1 Year)
Warranty Inspection is scheduled by Home Owner to the 30 days and or 1 year of newly built home. It is used to notify Tarion for any deficiancies which can be repaired under warranty.
